HELLOOOOOOOOOO!

Anyone missed me?  =D. Read through my previous posts and I realize it’s been almost a year since I updated! To be exact, 9 months. Lol. I can never seem to update on a daily or weekly basis since I have my full time job. Whenever I’m home from work, it’ll be resting and slacking on my bed.

So, where should I start off from? Have a slight feeling of a newbie towards this post. =X. Prolly it’s been way way way too long I last lay my hands here. Haha. Must give chance ok! Sooooooooo, my life is still the same. Nothing much of a difference, still working and surviving in the harsh working industry. Meeting different kinds of customers through tele-conversation, be it nasty or friendly. I finally know the feeling of satisfied and contented when you’re feeling frustrated and terribly stressed, a customer’s sweet encouragement or voice could really brighten and lighten you. I mean it. We can’t blame customers for being nasty though some can really be so ridiculous to the point you feel like strangling them.

Even if you feel boiled, or super duper angry, all we can do is swallow, hang up the phone and curse them inside you. What to do. Customers are always right. We should learn from them and in return be nasty to other customer service officers too. HAHA. Am I right?  Okok, I need to prepare to go off soon. Company bowling competition later and I’ve yet to shower and pack my stuff! No time to waste already. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
